The deposit/payment is non-refundable & non-transferable without a 5 working day notification and confirmation of a change to your appointment. If paid in full the deposit is deemed as 50%

All shipping fee for returns are covered by the buyer . We not offer free returns
We do not offer refunds after 14 days from the date of delivery but please contact info@healthyhairstudio.co.uk if you have any issues.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note, the mositure hold can have a looser texture, this is dependant on the temperature of the environment and climate change.
Deep follicle treatment contains potent herbs which may lead to temporary Irritants.
Pease review ingredients before use as a refund is not issued after usage.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Return unused and unopened items before the 14th day after the item has been delivered.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
