Shipping policy

All deliveries' ship out time frames are adhered to except for promotional weeks  where we have an influx of sales. There may be a delay in the delivery of your order after the dispatch takes place as a result of the shipper's delay which is outside Healthy Hair Studio's control.

All import VAT/Duty is covered at the country of delivery by the recipient.

UK

Your item(s) will be shipped within 2 working days via tracked 1st class delivery.

This means the estimated delivery time is 3 working days from the order date.

However, most orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

 

The EU/other countires that participate in import tax

Your item(s)will be delivered within 5- 14 working days. Import VAT is payable by the buyer.

Any rejected deliveries will be subject to additional charges to cover the cost of return and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Canada & the USA

Your item(s) will be shipped out within 2  working days and should be delivered within 7-21 working days. Import tax is payable by the buyer via the Shipper.
